Minced beef recipes are my go-to when I need a dinner that’s comforting, budget-friendly and guaranteed to get eaten without a fuss. It’s one of those fridge/freezer staples that can turn into anything from cosy gravy-based classics to takeaway-style fakeaways and speedy one-pan pastas.
